Kualitatem Hosts Private Dinner for CTOs and Founders After IDC CIO Summit in NYC

What started as a closed-door dinner turned into a preview of what keeps enterprise tech leadership up at night in 2026.
Last Friday in New York, Kualitatem hosted its first Private Dinner following a full day at the IDC CIO Summit. The room was small and intentional. CTOs, founders, and enterprise technology leaders. No slides. No moderators. Just an honest conversation over a meal.

The dinner was hosted by Kualitatem CEO Khurram Javed Mir and Director of Business Development Adeel Fayyaz.
What the room talked about
Four themes dominated the conversation. AI in production, specifically where it is delivering real results and where it remains more promise than performance. Security debt accumulating quietly while teams prioritize feature velocity. The build-versus-buy decision getting harder every quarter as procurement struggles to keep pace. And regulated industries trying to figure out how to adopt AI without breaking compliance.

None of these were framed as testing problems. But every one of them traces back to the same root: release confidence, regression risk, traceability under audit pressure, and environmental instability. Those are QA problems.
The visibility gap
One pattern came up repeatedly. The data that answers what CTOs are worried about already exists inside most QA teams. Defect trends by module. Flaky test patterns. Coverage gaps in critical user flows. Regression velocity over the last five sprints. The information is there. It just never reaches the people making release decisions.
This is the exact problem Kualitee is built to solve. Not more dashboards or execution metrics, but a single view that makes QA judgment visible to the people who actually approve the release. Not “847 of 900 test cases passed” but “two critical payment flows have zero regression coverage and we ship in three days.”

What comes next
New York was the first stop. Kualitatem plans to host similar closed-door dinners in additional cities as part of a growing global community connecting QA and engineering leadership.
For those who want first access to future events, details will be shared through Kualitatem’s LinkedIn page and community channels.
