Jamal Arif has a career spanning over 30 years in the field of marketing and sales of electronics and hardware in USA. He has worked with top brands like Sun Microsystems, Fujitsu Electronics, Hynix, Mitsubishi Electronics, AMI and National Semiconductors and Hitachi Electronics. His roles included identifying market opportunities, developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, recruiting and working with channel partners and developing business partnerships. He has a track record of significantly boosting unit sales in fiercely competitive and down market through his strategies. Mr. Arif currently lectures at Lahore University of Management and Sciences as a visiting professor. He holds an MBA from University of Oregon USA, business diploma from Curtin University Australia and undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore. He has an MS, PhD and a management degree from Stanford and is currently acting as a Vice Chancellor of LUMS.
Peter Vonogs has a career spanning over 30 years in the field of operations, business management and strategy in GCC and Europe. He was initiator and founder of the first Music e-Zine in Germany as well for the first internet party. Abdul Razzak Dawood
Mr. A. Razzak Dawood Managing Director of Descon Engineering Limited and six other private companies. He has worked as Managing Director of Lawrencepur Textile Mills and Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited. He is also a Director of United Refrigeration Industries (pvt) Limited. He was a visiting professor of Department of Business Administration at the University of Punjab, Management Association of Pakistan; Member Syndicate, the University of Punjab as well as member Senate, University of Punjab; Member, Board of Studies, Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology and Director of Pakistan International Airlines. He was also the Federal Commerce Minister for four years in the first cabinet of General Pervez Musharraf. Mr. Razzak Dawood has been an active philanthropist and at present he is the Rector, Lahore University of Management Sciences to which his family has donated generously; Vice Chairman, Board of Governors, National Management Foundation; Member, Board of Governors, Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital and Research Centre. Ahmad Jalal is a Managing Director at Abraaj Group, the investment firm with US$7.5B in assets-under-management. At Abraaj, Ahmad is the Head of Pakistan for the Abraaj Global Healthcare Fund and previously, his role included spearheading the creation of Pakistan Small Midcap Fund and investing across the Gulf Countries as well as the Levant.
Prior to that, he was an Executive Director with Goldman Sachs in London where he executed financial restructuring, capital raising and investing in Investment banking and the Principal Investments team within the Infrastructure space. He started his career as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen/Deloitte and later worked in transaction services advising global private equity firms on acquisitions in the retail, hotels & leisure and oil & gas sectors.

Naeem co-founded and served as the CEO of Bitzer Mobile (Acquired by Oracle in November 2013) and he also teaches entrepreneurship at the University of California Berkeley.
