Four years ago, we started from the crucible of Lahore University of Management Sciences with this not so common idea of Independent Software Testing and Quality Assurance in Pakistan and wrote to you for the first time. Besides Rozee.pk , not many got fascinated with the idea or even bothered to explore about the value it could add. A few questioned the pricing mechanism, while others questioned its sustainability. Today, after 4 years of constant advocacy, process innovation, services evolution and quality excellence we sit back and watch the list of our clients grow and compete in the global arena with the quality products that they have produced along with Kualitatem. It is not an exaggeration to say that not only the benefits of independent application testing have been firmly acknowledged but many others have got inspired by the business model and even a few have tried to follow in K’s footsteps.

K’s journey had been a bumpy yet exhilarating ride of experiences and lessons necessary and mandatory for growth and learning. Both helped in establishing the credentials required, as we went through our throes. However, the credit goes to our valuable clients who believed in our abilities and helped us breathe in difficult times and enabled us to develop such a breadth in software testing and QA services that is both unparalleled unique; atleast in this part of the world.

SP Jain Center of Management conducted an applied research on "Software Testing Services in GCC Region". The research was conducted in close collaboration with Kualitatem being the industrial partner. The objective of the research was to understand the market in terms of size and structure of software testing services and what specialized services are the clients looking for which are not available in the current market.

Kualitatem worked with Text Guard to perform security testing based code review for their .Net based solution. The code review was performed against CWE/SANS (Common Weakness Enumeration) and OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) standards. The target businesses of our client are world enterprise customers and managed by veterans in the Compliance, Data Security and Information Technology industries.
